What is the average shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For custom-made or pre-order boots, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
How do I determine my correct boot size?
Our boots generally run a half-size larger than standard athletic shoes. We recommend referring to our comprehensive sizing guide and using a Brannock device for the most accurate measurement.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built boots are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your boots water-resistant?
Many of our leather boots are naturally water-resistant due to high-quality oils and waxes used during tanning. For extreme conditions, we recommend applying a specialized waterproofing treatment.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or damage caused by improper care.
Can I have my boots resoled or repaired?
Absolutely. Our boots are constructed with a Goodyear welt or stitchdown method, making them fully recraftable. We offer professional resoling and repair services to extend the life of your boots.
